If you're using Windows XP or below, update your Windows Installer using the package provided by Microsoft. If your computer runs Windows Vista or above, update it through Windows Update. After that, right-click on the TwidoSuite installer and select Run as Administrator option. If it doesn't work, it means that the file is corrupted and you will need to download and install a new copy from the official web page.
